I slept long this afternoon but still woke up w/ a persistent dry cough. Jane & Raquel went to Mercury & they were very helpful... i gave instructions to ask for a dry cough medicine & the Kamillosan spray. They recommended Sinecod Forte & praying it really works on me. Kuya has also been coughing- so hiwalay muna the 3 of us... i’m amazed, apart from allergic rhinitis, Bimb is generally healthy. He takes the Ceelin chewable tablets w/ Zinc & has his daily milk w/ Milo. Kinda unfair kasi kami ni kuya ang good about fruits & veggies intake. The 3 of us are shooting for P&G tomorrow & i need my voice back, please? (The essential oils i’m showing you- I researched & myrrh is good for a sore throat- so i mixed it w/ the coconut oil, massaged on my feet & put on socks. Diffusing frankincense & Breathe for my cough, and mixed the lavender w/ my Vicks baby rub to massage on my chest & neck. Praying for good health for us all. Good night. 😷😴💤💤
