My voice seems to want to abandon me- i’m sorry throat, and i’m sorry vocal chords... i abused you because marami pa kong gustong mapatunayan sa trabaho ko... medyo nag welga na kayo, so i got the message. I drank 4 cups of warms salabat w/ lemon & honey, took antihistamines in case the dry cough is an allergy, been diffusing all the essential oils i researched to help heal a sore throat faster, and sprayed Kamillosan. Will sleep now & praying hard na bukas, Tapos na ang tampuhan because of being overworked. Text my doctor & he said i need sleep & total vocal rest- so i’m obeying. 🤐😷😴🛌💤💤💤
