When someone earns not just my affection, but my TRUST - I really find it hard to let go. A valued member of my KCAP Team regretfully informed me Monday night that his Canadian work permit/residency has been approved & he’ll be leaving us in the next couple of months. I totally understand because this opportunity isn’t just for him, but for his family - and you know me well enough at this point that I will respect & support anybody that puts family first. But a goodbye is always difficult, especially when he was there when we were building this from practically nothing. This is a collection of all the work we accomplished together in 9 months - I’ll be missing you, Ian...💔 This is my way of saying THANK YOU & please know that I know I’d never have come this far this fast in this new venture w/o your calming presence & unparalleled dedication & organization skills.
