Unfortunately my migraine (the women will understand, it’s that time of the month) was excruciating and because there are so few options for pain relievers for me- i did my best to cope. i tried lavender & frankincense essential oils, room was very cold and dark, and i attempted breathing relaxation exercises. My one blessing through all the trials of the past 3 months is that these 2 boys make me feel i am their priority. My bunso stayed awake until he felt i had finally fallen asleep regardless that he had to be up 7:45 AM for school. Since i needed 2 ice packs to help numb my throbbing headache, he held on to one and kept trying to massage my forehead, too. i had a video edited for my dad’s birthday & wanted to upload tonight (his actual birthday is tomorrow, Nov 27) BUT my doctor asked me to please SLEEP so my BP will stabilize and the nausea na partner nung migraine mawala na... i know many of us have health issues but i do hope you have the same support system i have because the LOVE of kuya & bimb is enough to reassure me that i have it within me to stay strong & positive.
