Told my Ate we were only buying Care Bears (contacted my friend who owns Toy Kingdom, no 🇵🇭 distributor so stocked up para maraming mapa HAPPY) before going to the airport but... may justification, 3 Little Pigs and i’m metal pig, kuya is wood pig, bimb is fire pig. People can change for the better, i aim to be proof of that pero honest ako- for now di pa kayang tumanggi sa GUCCI. Flying home soon. #lovelovelove

i made the conscious decision to isolate ourselves, we found a friend and she kindly allowed us the use of their spare room, separate from their family’s area. Nag magandang loob na si willie, nakakahiya kung may mahawa pa sa masamang ubo & pneumonia ni bimb. The 3 of us are the only family we have now kaya walang iwanan... Kuya is so tall, kaya diagonal sya sa bed. My prayers were answered, hindi nagka fever si bimb. He took his 2nd dose of antibiotics, and okay ang appetite nya. i’ve been awake 24 hours (all parents will understand me) nag bantay ako to make sure nakatulog sya, no chills, and hindi hirap huminga. Sharing this to remind everyone, wag dedmahin ang ubo- and let’s care enough about the health of others to not risk their health? Constant hand washing helps a lot- the 3 of us are always together but because i have been strict about washing hands & disinfecting our gadgets, so far okay kami ni kuya. Speaking of kuya josh, nasilip ko his phone habang ka text nya si tito Noy while kuya told him bimb was sick. Nakakatouch because kuya josh told his tito Noy: i miss you & i love you so much... i saw the reply: love you, josh. Maybe reminder for all of us to tell everyone we care about how much they mean to us & how much we love them, whether we are near or far... may God bless you and your families during this time of trials & uncertainty. #faith Exodus 23:25 NLT You must serve only the LORD your God. i was shown this earlier... thank you sa ngiti dahil na-appreciate ang konting effort; i am aware blessed kami nila kuya josh & bimb kasi meron kaming pwedeng maitulong... marami akong natututunan sa buhay probinsya, lalo na tungkol sa realidad sa “resort” town... ang mga residents may mga maliit na taniman ng gulay sa kanilang mga bahay pero walang palayan na malapit, kaya mahalaga talaga ang supply ng bigas... masakit sa puso kasi dapat ngayon ang PEAK SEASON ng mga Galerans for tourism. i believe we find ourselves in a specific area at a specific time as part of God’s plan... nakapagpadala ako ng pera sa munisipyo ulit kanina para makatulong bumili ng 25 more cavans of rice for this week. Nakakataba ng puso yung sincere na pag thank you ni Mayor Rocky ng Puerto Galera. i am no longer active in entertainment, nobody in my immediate family is in politics, so for me this makes it all the more REAL— walang inaasahang kapalit, nakikiisa lamang sa mga kapwa Pinoy. 🇵🇭 Paulit ulit ako #laban nating lahat ito at importanteng magtulungan sa abot ng makakaya. Hindi ko rin naman kayang maging panatag ang loob dahil lang okay kaming tatlong mag-iina, habang napakaraming naghihirap, kaya nagsusumikap na makaambag kahit papaano. i was never raised to be selfish, i was always taught to SHARE.💛 Last night nag severe allergy ako & hinika si bimb. Today, di pa masyadong okay- my BP reading was 76/53 pero slowly nag sa stabilize na. Yun ang problem ko ngayon, hindi na HB, drop in BP pag bad allergic reaction. PRAYING for good health para sa lahat! 🇵🇭

i’m 100% sure my boys & i have been away from home since March 1, we’re entering the 6th week of getting to know many kindhearted people... malalagpasan at babangon tayo sa pagsubok na pinagdaraanan ng buong Pilipinas, tuloy po ang #LABAN. yesterday, i had a severe allergic reaction to food (i’m owning it, alam kong bawal but i thought konti lamang won’t be bad)— bumagsak to 70/53 ang BP ko & expired na my EpiPen... couldn’t get a diphenhydramine shot because BP was too low... celestamine, a lot of water, and REST was our option. i had refrained from posting pics of where we’re staying but the owner & staff have been so KIND- they helped move some of my stuff to the beachfront room because the fresh sea air would help me recover faster. Sweets are supposed to help pag may allergens pa sa katawan, so they sent me fresh baked buco pie & Check has been making me turon saging w/ langka. (na super favorite ko)... ang ulam siguro, after 3 days na pag na tanggal na sa katawan ko yung food allergens that i consumed. Thank you to nurse Mona na nagpuyat para magbantay kagabi (she’s from Mindoro, works in NCR; na lock in kaya para syang guardian angel sa ‘min ni bimb.) Thank you kay ate Loida & her extended family; Madame Lexie & everyone na stay-in sa resort for the warm hospitality; and most of all Randy & especially Check, who kept my ate updated & my sons well fed... Bedrest po dahil nanghihina pa. God bless everyone. Have a peaceful Sunday.

Kuya Josh has 2 songs of tito willie on repeat mode: Ikaw Na Nga and Kung Para sa ‘Yo. ate natchie took these videos of the 2 walking hand in hand this morning so i’d see kuya’s happiness. the material generosity from willie is much appreciated, pero ito po yung nagpatunaw sa puso ko bilang mama ni kuya josh, dahil ang super favorite nyang si tito willie— binigyan sya ng buong umagang bonding... sabay sila nag breakfast, nag walking, and nag swimming... it brings to mind this Maya Angelou quote: PEOPLE WILL FORGET WHAT YOU SAID, PEOPLE WILL FORGET WHAT YOU DID, BUT PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET HOW YOU MADE THEM FEEL. ngayon na uncertain ang panahon, lahat tayo may dalang kaba sa ating mga puso, seeing my panganay’s smile made me realize, when given the chance- let’s choose to love, choose to share, and choose to be kind. 🤍🤍🤍

i am posting this hindi para magpa bida- kasi konti lang ito, dapat 100 sacks of rice pero malayo ako & hindi maka withdraw ng mas malaki because more than 1 hour away yung mga bangko where i have accounts kaya umaasa muna sa ATM ... this is the time na yung mas na bless financially, sana gumawa ng paraan na tulungan ang mga mas nangangailangan sa abot ng makakaya... magdamayan tayo ngayon dahil LABAN nating lahat ang #covid_19... hindi tama na ang mga kapwa Pinoy ay magutom sa panahon ng lockdown dahil yung daily wage earners hindi makapagtrabaho. 😢 P.S. NAGAWAN na po ng PARAAN to make it 25 na KABAN ng BIGAS kasi nalaman ko kung gaano karami ang umaasa sa tulong na mabibigay ng LGU ng Puerto Galera.

Nagtanong ako what else we could do to help the people here in Puerto Galera... sana daw yung frontliners sa 13 barangays ang mabigyan ng bigas (nabigay ko na po yung pondo para may isang sakong bigas sa bawat barangay- distribution ni mayor sa Monday)... naisip ko rin ang kapulisan na hindi na nakakauwi, kaya may bigas at canned goods na ihahatid sa police station this afternoon (binibili nung may home quarantine pass ngayon) kasi dun na raw sila nagluluto. Kahapon nakapagbigay kami ng food care packs para sa mga nakabantay sa checkpoints. Nakakataba ng puso, sa money remittance nakapagpadala ng cash sa ‘min & nung sinusundo kanina ni Check, nagpasabi yung nagtatrabaho dun na mag pa thank you daw sa ‘kin dahil tumutulong ako sa mga Galerans. kagaya nga ng nasabi ko, LABAN nating lahat ito... si kuya josh, na laser hair removal dati yung facial hair nya, pero tumutubo na ang balbas nya (makapal na po yung sa ilalim ng chin)- weird na tanong, since ako po yung mag a-attempt mag shave sa kanya, use the razor w/ an upward stroke or follow how the hair grows? Dapat bang may foam lather or pwede na ang dry shave? obeying the strict quarantine kasi i fall under the category of being chronically ill & w/ high susceptibility to getting sick dahil sa autoimmune conditions ko. i pray for everyone to have faith in the protection of Jesus against #covid_19 & i pray hardest for our health care workers (bago po ako ma bash nung mangilan ngilan na nega, na puro prayers lang, alvin who is in NCR, nakapag transfer na on my behalf sa fund raising ni @ria para makabili ng protective gear para sa mga health care workers, she messaged me next week ang delivery nila kasi pila ang pag order). May iba pa po kaming tinulungan- pero sa ‘min na po yun... okay to mention the efforts of @ria because nag post sya about it. God bless us all. 💛

Sorry hindi natuloy our other FB Live sessions... WARNING: don’t swipe to the next 2 pictures if you’re not okay seeing swollen eyes na parang nakipag sparring ako kay Ronda Rousey. Last Sunday, I drank the wrong pain reliever for my migraine- the result? Super bad allergic reaction & 5 days before swelling finally subsided. INGAT please - let what happened to me be the warning. last picture is my left hand because this afternoon i tried to be independent; i was adjusting the electric fan stand to lower it, malay ko ba na pwedeng biglang bumagsak na lang yung buong fan & naipit na ko- OUCH. Since hindi talaga pwede sa pain relievers & anti inflammatory meds, i’m using helichrysum essential oil... nurse Mona made a splint because ang hirap to straighten my hand, may mga naipit na ugat kaya up to my elbow yung kirot. wishing all of you good health & will try to do another FB session soonest.
