The person who prepared the financial reports and should have done the presentation also wasn’t present. Nagkita na kami by accident many weeks back in dean & deluca Rockwell and even if she is nicko’s BFF, nilapitan ko sya and i said “we don’t have to be enemies so there’s no need to hide behind your cellphone.” I said all that in a friendly tone with a big smile. The only one who manned up and was there was Jose “JoMag” Magsaysay. Goes to show who has CHARACTER. Atty Bong Bernas was also there & from all Dean Divina told me he is openminded when it comes to amicable settlements. To clarify what’s at stake, i am chairman & president of Nacho Bimby Pilipinas Corporation which currently owns and runs 10 branches of Potato Corner + Nacho Bimby. That’s not the issue because by all means i’m so willing to sell my share and get out completely. JoMag said he was unaware that Nicko owned a 40% stake of the Thailand Potato Corners which i had invested in. That’s where the unaccounted for ₱45M from my sons’ trust accounts was supposedly invested in. Siguro kung perang pinaghirapan, pinagpuyatan, at inipon nyo para sa mga anak nyo ang hindi masagot kung nasaan na- mararamdaman nyo rin ang pagsisisi ko sa maling desisyon sa taong binigyan ng tiwala. All i’ve asked for was for the Thailand Potato Corner accounting books to be opened up for me. Just an assurance regarding where my sons’ money went. Maybe my biggest mistake was that i trusted so completely because 1 of the 2 main owners of the Potato Corner 🇹🇭 master franchise was a Chirathivat, in the 🇵🇭 equivalent sila ng mga Sy of SM Supermalls but without BDO. mahaba pa ang laban, pero hindi masamang magpasalamat. 1st time na kaming 3 lang, kuya josh, bimb, and me... naghanap ng mga kaibigan dito and thank God Alvin & Rochelle found us some of the kindest people. I praise God, the pediatrician, Dr delos Reyes checked bimb again- upper respiratory infection & bronchial asthma. No pneumonia, no fever, pero matamlay kasi maraming gamot na iniinom. Tinutulungan ako ni Check & Randy (from willie), ni ate Loida & her family, ni nurse Mona, and the very kindhearted Mayor of Puerto Galera, Mayor Rocky Ilagan. Maraming salamat sa staff ng resort na tinutuluyan namin (i’ll name the place & share pics pag okay na). And thank you sa mga taga Mercury na tumutulong talaga para mahanap ang maintenance na gamot ko. Sobrang mabait & welcoming ng mga taga Puerto Galera- sa lockdown na ito they have made us feel secure, welcomed & cared for. God bless you all. I pray for all our healthcare workers. Many have become my close friends & i salute their heroic efforts.
