after Mass, a belated birthday dinner for bincai & gerbel. sorry, medyo maputla pa ko, (now you know why wala masyadong posts) i’m still adjusting to my hormone therapy, vitamin D, iron, and other supplements to help me reach a more ideal weight, cure my being anemic, and God willing become healthier & stronger by the time we welcome 2020. Sharing this because it may help other women; i’m starting to sleep better, and now feeling much more positive because we’re addressing both my hormonal & autoimmune issues... for all women, moms especially- we take care of so many people we love BUT for us to be able to keep giving them our 100% we should also prioritize self care. If we love them, it’s not at all selfish to also love ourselves to make sure they’ll have the healthiest, most complete versions of us.❤️❤️❤️
